The Gera Ku Ntego (GKN) Youth Project is the CRS initiated project aims to strengthen a sustainable pathway to scale youth approaches that are responsive to needs, opportunities, and priorities in Rwanda.
The project is being implemented by 4 caritas Diocesans (Butare, Cyangugu, Byumba and Nyundo) in close collaboration and coordination with Caritas Rwanda, and it leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders capable of achieving results at scale including government, private sector, and the Church to enhance their collective action to improve the access to formal finance and entrepreneurship as major bottlenecks for small/medium-sized enterprise (SME) creation and expansion for youth in Rwanda.
This project will enable CRS Rwanda, Caritas Rwanda and partners to better focus in the ambition to be catalysts for transformational change at scale.
