En dates du 12 et 13 ao\u00fbt 2024, les responsables des d\u00e9partements (i) d’Administration et Finance et (ii) des Oeuvres Socio-Caritatives des Caritas dioc\u00e9saines et de Caritas Rwanda ont tenu un atelier pour faire l’\u00e9valuation \u00e0 mi-parcours du plan op\u00e9rationnel de l’exercice 2024.<\/p>\n

Cet exercice visait aussi \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la mise en oeuvre du Plan Strat\u00e9gique de Caritas Rwanda 2020-2024 et collecter les informations qui feront partie du prochain Plan strat\u00e9gique (2025-2030).<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait, les participants ont conclu que la plupart des activit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre tandis que ce qui n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 fait sera renforc\u00e9 dans les mois restants de l’ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Durant cette atelier, les directeurs des Caritas Dioc\u00e9saines et le Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Caritas Rwanda ont tenu une r\u00e9union qui a recommand\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration des rapports fournissant des informations compl\u00e8tes aux d\u00e9cideurs, le renforcement de la communication et celui des capacit\u00e9s du personnel, ainsi que l’encouragement du personnel \u00e0 adopter l’Esprit Caritas.<\/p>\n
